About the Role
FDM Global is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships that drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Continuously seek out ways to improve business development processes and strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees or certifications in business development, sales, or strategic planning.
Experience in the technology or consulting industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
